I love this salon it is fabulous! Kaitlyn did a great job cutting my hair. My hair is short and she gave it a new look. I love it. I will be going back. I highly recommend this business.

I went to Lux for the first and what will be the only time a few days ago. I went in with the intent of donating hair and then getting the rest cut into a style. I told the stylist Olivia that I wanted my hair cut off at y armpit level and she measured and agreed that that would be enough for the hair donation. Well somewhere between then and when she started cutting she moved the ponytail up about 4 inches and hacked my hair off before I realized it. When she went to wash what was left I saw how short she had cut it an confronted her, where she proceeded to argue with me about where I said I wanted it. Big shocker I still hated it after blowing it dry and realizing she didn't even cut in a straight line around the ends. Now I need to find a new salon to fix her hack job and wait for my hair to grow.

Lux is amazing! I just went for the first time today. Kailyn did my hair. Cut, color, everything. I explained what I liked. What I needed as far as when I left the salon, in my everyday life. Then I pretty much let her do her thing and it came out better than I even thought it could. Also, the prices for the services can not be bear for the quality you get. I will definitely be returning
