service on my car was never correct after spending over 850....they tried several modules and never corrected my issue. After consulting with Ford themselves they pinpointed my issue to another control module in which ford does not make any longer but they found one at another dealer in the country. Ordered it and they installed it after a week with out my car and the day i go to pick it up i paid the bill of over 850 and went to start my car and it was dead again which was my MAIN issue it was brought in for. Two days later i get call from Ken the service advisor stating my alternator is now the issue....now to let you know that alternator had been replaced 3 times in the past weeks by me the first time then by the car dealer I bought it from again by warranting it out for me from parts store i purchased it from. Ken agrees to warranty it out again with the parts store but this time orders the correct voltage one. They get the alternator from the parts store and install it no labor charge but after getting my car back over a weekend my damn car is still having same original issue...the service manager Walt O'neal says they did all they can and its too bad i paid the money they will not refund me anything...very bad and poor customer relations...im filing complaint with Attorney General

I got my Truck Oct. 10 2020 It is a 2012 loaded F 150 low mileage very clean. The service center went tough it and found a few things they were great about getting everything fixed and were very friendly. Our sales man was called Bubba he was great He wasn't pushy at all and when we had to have the truck serviced he gave us a loaner so we could get errors done. Everyone that we came in contact with was very nice. Really like my Truck and the dealer ship. Would buy there again

I dealt with Kurt, Scott, and Debra, this was the best sales team ever! They didn't push anything, and really helped in many ways, even down to delivering the truck the same day to me, and hour away (AT 5PM!!!)! Thanks Bubba. Sure, I can say all the things any consumer would say \well I wish I had this\ or \I wish the price was a little better\ of course I do, but in reality, I got a great vehicle, at a great price, from a great team.
