This company will try to sell you service plan that costs way more than it should to do the things needed to maintain their equipment. I will not be using them any more. Lots of more affordable options out there. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.

I am sick of their billing department. It is a nonstop battle with them to keep an account straight. We set up an auto bill pay with our bank and the payments have all been made. Now they have sent an email claiming we are behind yet the bills have been paid at the rate that was agreed to. I am not going to sit on hold for 10 minutes to argue with you people, only for the phone to disconnect again. Either you applied the payment to someone else's account or you people raised the rates on a 5 year lease mid term. Either way, you guys suck.

Steve was great to work with, he made the process seamless getting rid of my old unit (1992) in our house we just purchased and replacing it with a new Culligan Unit. He was very helpful answering all my questions and explaining the installation and use of the unit. (He even offered and fixed a water leak on my water heater while they were there) I knew going in to this process I could go to a big box store and spend a fraction of the cost to buy a unit and install it myself. But when I weighed my options I knew the one factor that you don't get when you buy and install from a big box store- Quality Customer Service. I want someone like Hall's Culligan on my side that I can trust and call anytime I need help or have a question. I trust that their customer service won't stop after my check clears the bank. Thanks Steve and Doug for your help!
