I was repairing the BMW5 after the accident with an animal with BendtBil. When I received back the car I did notice anything wrong. But the next day when the rain started the windshield cleaning liquid turned out to be not coming (there was only the sound, but no effect). I came back to BendtBil and asked to help. The answer was that I have to book the time again. The available slots are few months ahead!!! No need to explain that one cannot drive without windshield cleaner working properly. The guy even refused to stand up from his chair and go see the vehicle. He said \we need to connect the computer anyway and this is not possible now\. I drove to another workshop and they solved the problem in less than 5 minutes. It turned out that the guys at BendtBil have forgotten to connect the tubes after having repaired the bonnet, which is a very common mistake. Unbelievable!

I Purchased a car from this company 9 moths ago, at the same time I sold my own car to this company. The one I sold to them was perfectly in order, with all the necessary things included. But I had not my winter tires with me, they were at a \tire hotel\ in Malmö. So we agreed that they would come to Malmö, leave the winter tires of my new car and take the tires of the old car. On my way back to Malmö I noticed that several things were missing from the car. I contacted the company and the promised that they would bring everything to Malmö at the same time. 2 weeks later they came to Malmö, took the tires from my old car but they did not leave the stuff for the new car. I had to call and e-mail them for SIX months before the finally came to Malmö and gave me the stuff. The other week when I was going to attach the towing hook I noticed that the key was not there.... I was going to move from my apartment that day and this company basically destroyed a well planned day. So I contacted them to send me the key, that was several days ago, and they have not answered me. The only thing in thes story that was good was the new BMW, it works fine, but the people at this company are not professionals. I would give them - 3 stars if I could
