TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE THEM. Had to chase continually for information. Sent out house particulars before I had seen or approved them and full of errors. 6 weeks later still not seen corrected particulars or been able to approve them. Did not keep me informed. Cancelled contract but they will not give me back the 200VAT charged for their "Bronze Deal" of special promotions for house. Because they went ahead and promoted the house before I had a chance to give my approval, which is breaking their own rules, they now refuse to refund me and so have conned me out of 238.80. Absolute disgusting.
