Until May 2012 I was Regional Manager (East of England) for Family Action. I have successfully developed and delivered a range of services from early intervention to edge of care services that have produced meaningful and tangible outcomes for both service users and commissioners / funders. These include developing models of service delivery, performance management frameworks and outcomes measurements for a range of service including family support, children’s centres, young carers and mental health services.
