The van that we were given had the oil light flashing and when we went to drive it the next day it had puncture. The RAC man said that this tyre was so worn that it shouldn't be on the road at all. When I called to sort a replacement the women on the phone was very defensive and rude and not only did she think it was acceptable to rent out a van that needed an oil change and had a puncture, she also seemed to think it was our responsibility to fix the issue despite the fact we only needed the van for one day. SHOCKING. DEFINITELY AVOID!!!.

Hire of the vehicle went smoothly, but dont leave anything in the vehicle when returning it. I know it was my fault but i forgot to take out my Blue vape out the van when i returned it. Rang in the morning to inform them of this and that i will be down to pick it up. When i got there i went to the van to get it only to find it had been taken. The lady spoke to the guy who moved the van before i got down there and he said he did not see anything.
