Truly lovely guys all working hard, eager to give the best possible experience to their customers. They know their stuff and are very honest with what your options are. You will never find hidden fees with this company. I have never spent more than an hour waiting for repairs to be completed. Can not recommend these guys enough, they are fantastic.

Gainsford Hall; Chris Darren and the rest of the team will not let you down. Whatever motor work you need they are a great starting point! They will help and advise and if the job is not right for them, they will hand you off to another quality service team that they work with regularly. There is genuine care for heir customers at Gainsford Hall, nothing is too much trouble snd they talk to you to make suer you understand exactly what they know anymore importantly, what they think! I have used them for Little Citroen's. Little Peugeots, Bigger Peugeots, Land Rover Freelander 2 and my 2011 Defender 110, they also do servicing and MOTs which for some reason don't pop up win the Google Services list. They also don't charge the earth and simply do what they say, if there are problems, they sort them. It's really all you want from a motor workshop, without any of the sharp intakes of breath before announcing big prices in the language of gobbledygook!

These guys are brilliant. Did a great job on my MOT and fixing exhaust, all in excellent time! Great customer service too. Lovely people. Would highly recommend!

Just had my car MOT appointment with Gainsford Hall Workshop, after receiving a reminder postcard sent to my address in good time. It was then so easy to book an appointment online to fit in with my day and print off as a reminder! Their services are always polite, professional and with good time management. My car was wiped down and ready for me in no time at all, a really great service, thank you!
