Absolute lifesavers! The staff were fantastically helpful and really nice, we had a problem where out contractors missed one of the newel posts from the order, and they managed to turn one around for us in less than 48 hours!! They were amazing! The parts themselves are also fantastic, the stair is all in now and it looks great. Thanks for all of the help, we really appreciate it.

Have just received my order, a fair time after i ordered but is all down to current circumstances, however i was clearly informed of this before i ordered so prepared for it. I am so happy with the quality of the timber, tried many different suppliers and have to say the quality is great and well worth the slightly longer wait. Will definitely be using again!
