Firstly what a beautifully stunning venue. As soon as we met Pod and the venue via FaceTime we knew we wanted to get married there. Unfortunately, due to COVID we had to postpone our wedding at another venue. However, it turned out to be fate because we are so glad and grateful to have gotten married at this perfect venue. Pod and Sarah were absolutely amazing throughout as we were given the next blow of only being allowed 15 guests. I felt like I’d lost all hope but they both gave us all the alternatives and we decided to go ahead. Without them I honestly don’t know what we would have done. Sarah was absolutely fantastic with making sure our special day ran as smoothly as possible and that it did, which is all thanks to her hard work and dedication. I highly recommend Tuffon Hall and both Pod and Sarah. Nothing was ever too much for them and they went above and beyond for us. We can’t wait to come back to Tuffon Hall in the future!

We had a virtual tasting with Tuffon hall last Friday. Our wine arrived on the Wednesday with instructions for the day of the call. The call was well run with a limited and largely local audience. Our hosts were knowledgeable about their wines and very enthusiastic. The call was fun and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend it.

In our exploration of Essex we found Tuffon Hall. We immediately fell in love with their wine and have bought from them monthly! The owners are awesome! They are very knowledgeable, friendly, willing to share their knowledge and give you a tour of their vineyard. We have attended, before covid, some of the social events they have hosted. We just love the atmosphere at Tuffon and have met many interesting people at the events.

To have this vineyard on our doorstep is wonderful. All the varieties of wine are superb and a visit to the vineyard is a must Angus and Pod make you so welcome. A little bit of France in Essex.

Tuffon Hall Vineyard really impressed me, I'd highly recommend a visit. The tour guide who is also the farmer is really knowledgeable and makes the tour really enjoyable. The main event though is obviously the wine tasting in the spectacular newly refurbished barn, they were excellent, we came away well stocked!!

For anyone who has watched "A Good Year", and dreamt of walking between the vines to gain an authentic insight into the growing and production of multi award-winning wine, this is the place to visit. In fact, on a sunny day, you’d be forgiven for thinking that you were in Bonnieux, with panoramic views across farmland towards the Norman keep of Hedingham Castle. The similarities don’t end here. Tuffon Hall Vineyard is the creation and home of the Crowther family, who have farmed the land for generations. Tours and wine tasting are available from the owners, Castle Hedingham’s very own Russell Crowe (Angus) and Marion Cotillard (Pod). The talk ends with wine tasting in the “Cellar Door” and an opportunity to purchase this incredible wine. All in all, a great experience: exercise education wine: what’s not to like?
