If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. I was turned down at another dealership which turned out to be a blessing. I'm driving a car I've always wanted with a payment that I can afford comfortably. We will be back in the future when my wife is ready to upgrade from her Honda Pilot. We bought our daughter’s first car at Drive City Motors and their staff and management are the friendliest, most hospitable group you will find at a pre-owned dealership. Wendy was beyond help. Mike the finance guy is really easy to work with and has been doing this for a long time. Gianni and Mike made sure to deliver our daughter’s car for her birthday, even with a bow! Good place good trucks
This company is not okay to buy cars from. I say that because I was misled into believing I would get the car I wanted after they pulled my credit. I explained to them before they pulled my credit what I had to put down on the car and was assured that I would get it. I put some money down towards the car for them to hold it but when it was time for me to pay the rest of what I told them I had to put down for the car they told me I had to put more money down. They pulled my credit and got me approved but they wanted me to put more money down. Stay away from this place because there not straight forward. They just trying to make sale at all cost even if it means lying. Then on top of that they told me the I wanted had transmission issues. Another lie they told. Just stay away from this place.if I could've left no stars I would've..
Great experience with staff! Very impressed with the services given to our sons newly purchased jeep. They went above and beyond to get everything situated even after the sale was done. We would highly recommend this place for anyone who is interested in purchasing their next vehicle. If there was a 10 star button I would push it!
