I came into the store to change my number from one phone to another and Kevin was very friendly and informative and helped me out. The people in this store are always kind and help me out without any issues.

This store is under new management now & the staff is excellent at customer service . They have changed the entire look of the store and are also running many specials, that other Metro Stores usually don't offer.They do not push sell, instead they do take the time and explain the promotions and are very welcoming. Right now they are also doing a lucky draw for a chance to win a TV, PC and many other items.

(Even w/ a mask on regarding covid-19 precautions) There is an incredibly nice, polite, and very beautiful young lady that works just a few days out of the week here. I believe her name is Namunai. I would be rating this place a 1 star if it was not for her generous hospitality along with an excellent memory. Today was my 3rd time in this store, 2nd time seeing her. My visit prior of today I dealt with a very rude guy that had a discomforting attitude that made me decide to turn around and leave the store without resolving my initial reason for my visit... However today this charming young lady resolved the issue. Furthermore she remembered who I was even with a different motorcycle helmet on!! Great customer service Namuna!

This location is absolutely wonderful! The staff was very sweet, and patient with me as I discussed my needs with them, and were very helpful overall. The store is clean, which is also a plus!
