PICTURE TELLS IT ALL.... ORDERED THESE HATS YOU CAN SEE THE PROOF SENT LOOKS LIKE IT WILL BE A DIGITAL SCREEN PRINT . BESIDES MESSING UP THE COLORS ALL THE DETAIL IS GONE . NOT HAPPY AT ALL SALESWOMAN PROMISED A GREAT PRODUCT AND I STRESSED THAT I WOULD LIKE TO SEE WHAT I AM GETTING BEFORE I BUY . Spent almost 700 on tshirts after being called by numerous numbers on a daily basis. Thought they would put my logo on the back of shirts since I sent them pictures of shirts I had previously. 80 some tshirts show up without a logo on back. A little upsetting so I called and asked if they would make up for it by sending me 10 shirts or some hats or just anything to make me happy. Decided that losing a future customer was more important.

Do business with these people at your own risk! I ordered t-shirts on the premise that the logo was to be larger and on the back of the shirt. I was assured by the salesman the logo would go on the back. First the shirts did not arrive when I was told they would. When the shirts arrived there was no logo on the back. After multiple phone calls, I was told someone was going to address it and they would call me back, never happened. This business has no integrity and make promises to only get the sale. Total Gong Show. 5/24/17- After a few weeks the company said they would correct the issue and they did. They sent me a new order and this time it was correct. There were no additional charges to me. I changed my rating from one star to four stars because I believe people do make mistakes, but it's how you respond to the mistake that makes the difference. Allstate Industries made it right! Thank you

Ordered shirts and jackets. Very expensive and quality not very good. They called and offered to send us a free coat. Coat gets shopped to my house with hats I did not order and COD. 250. For hats we did NOT order. Called company and they basically said sorry for your luck. Horrible unethical company. Lost our business.
