Overpriced cars, the worst costumer service, never received our title for our truck, you call them and they transfer you to one person to another. Go buy your car someplace else. Do not recommend at all.

Terrible costumer service, I paid my truck in full January 31, 2020 and I am still waiting for the title for my truck, I called and they asked me to call Corporate, I did and still nothing. Go buy your car someplace else. DO NOT recommend at all. I went to DMV to get a title and they tell me it shows I have paid off but the title is not released. They need a letter from Tricolor to release the title and then DMV can give me one. I've call a lot of times so they release the title so I can sell my truck, I call every day and their answer is, we have a lot of work and only have one person in titles.
