Really poor customer service. DHL couldn't even calculate the proper import duty taxes before sending me the factuur. Apparently they are unable to issue a second factuur. I will definitely use a different supplier next time. What's the point of paying for express if it just sits in your station while NOBODY bothers to fix the mistake for days??
