Family friendly amazing gym and spa. Good parking and easy to deal with staff. The whole experience is nice and the food upstairs is also noteworthy. I love playing tennis here and using the pool. The outside pool is great in summer.

Definitely recommendable! Very nice house with a huuuuuge Spa area... see my little video.... we’ve been upgraded to a suite... everything has a real luxury style! The rooms are clean... staff is super friendly... if you have a complaint they fix it in a minute... restaurant has good affordable food.... whatelse do you want? You get luxury in the middle of Hamburg for peanuts. But a warning for all my American friends: Germans LUVE to go to the Sauna... and they do it COMPLETELY NAKED! They don’t care... it’s normal over here. So don’t be afraid or astonished when you go to the Far East side of the pool... there is the Sauna and users walk around outside... Relax! You don’t die seeing them!

My sister is a member for more than 5 years there, and wanted to take me as a guest using a guest card she had, which had no expiration date written on. Apparently they have them registered differently in their system, but took no ownership of their internal problem and ruined a day which was planned to be a relaxing treat. I dont understand how a company can sustain, by scaring off loyal customers like this. They were not forthcoming at all and were not offering any reasonable solution, for a problem they had caused. If you are looking for a long term gym and spa to be a member in, please stay away from this place.
