I knew Cindy's because many times been at Am Fichtenplan close to Berlin. When food served there is perfect and fresh prepared then here in HAM airport is really bad and cannot be compared. The burgers (same as french fries) are prepared in advance, the roll is not crispy, beef is overcooked and looks like it was frozen. Here I will recommend NOT to go there.

By far the worst burger, I have ever eaten. Meat was chewy and old, felt more like plastic than actually meat. By no means, this was freshly grinded. Sauce, bun, I don’t even have words for this. The only thing it gives you, is a numb feeling in the stomach and a rush to the toilet.

15 min wait time for a fresh burger, burger meat on show in a grinder behind the counter an immediate turn off. Eventually received burger undercooked and fries not even slightly appealing. Avoid like the plague wish I had read reviews beforehand. Oh and ignorant and unhelpful staff.

Do not waste your money here ! The burger is horrible and so are the potato wedges. The meat patty is hard and horrible. Eat somewhere else please
