Das zeigt sich in unserer täglichen Arbeit genauso wie in der Historie unseres Unternehmens. Und in unserem Großhandel ebenso wie in unserem Bistro. Warum das so ist und weshalb das so gut schmeckt, das zeigen und erklären wir euch hier. Herzlich willkommen bei Hummer Pedersen!

We had a nice dinner at this restaurant. The food was fresh and tasty. We had a set of oysters, fresh lobsters and lobster pasta. Every dish was delicious. My two stars will go for the incredibly poor service that left a very disappointing impression. It was almost impossible to get attention from the waiters, we had to ask and remind to bring some bread and our main course (time gap between starters and main course was almost 1 hour). At 9.20 pm we asked for some desserts and were told the kitchen is closed and they do not accept any orders!!! In all restaurants in the world we have been so far, there is a good practice to come to the table and inform remaining clients about kitchen closing hours and checking if the guests would like to order Something else before kitchen is closed. Did not happen here... really disappointing...

I liked the food.. it’s pretty nice,.. food takes forever to arrive though which is not bad if you’re there for a business lunch or a date, but if you’re hungry, I’d suggest to let the staff know as you order so they would serve you dishes right away. Staff are friendly and very helpful btw.. all in all, it’s a recommended place to visit for some nice seafood in Hamburg

Excellent food. In terms of service, it looks the guys working there are overwhelmed. Nice team, nothing to say, but you have the feeling something stays to break due to stress.

Came here after reading the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, we were seated at the same table as another couple, which normally doesn't bother us but during the COVID19 pandemic, we thought it was not ideal... Especially since we made a reservation! The food was a mixed bag... We ordered lobster and it was just ok. We ordered it warm and it came out at room temperature, definitely not warm. It was a little tough and chewy, clearly overcooked. The fries were amazing and much better than the mashed potatoes. The side salad was also very good. The service was friendly enough in typical northern German style. Informal and efficient. My only complaint about the service is we were asked to stand up three times during our meal to accommodate the change in guests at our table, which I'm ok with, however the waiter informed us we would be given a complimentary schnapps for our troubles. Sadly we paid for the meal and left without the schnapps ever being served. I appreciate the gesture, but it would be best if they followed through. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience...
