Great staff and great selection. First time buying shisha. American with zero German. Buying a birthday present for my smoking girlfriend. I gave him my budget, he walked me through everything i needed to buy, and made me feel really comfortable buying something i know nothing about. Super helpful and knew his stuff. Couldn't be happier. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want/need. Can't wait to go back and buy some more flavors.
