UPDATE 20.01.2020 After speaking directly to the business, they invited me to come over to fix my nails free of charge. I’m giving them 5 stars because that’s what you call true customer service. Most businesses will just take your money and care very little about your satisfaction afterwards. I love the way my nails look now and the girl that fixed them took her time and was very meticulous (which is how it should’ve been the first time). Thank you!! ________________________________________________ Not impressed. I came here for “Nagelmodellage” on a Thursday evening. It wasn’t super busy so I was attended to really quickly. This is the first time I ever got fake nails so I’m not really knowledgeable about technique. What I can say is that the lady that was doing my nails paid no attention to details and wanted to finish as quickly as possible so she could go home. From a distance my nails look fine but up close definitely not a good job. Unevenly filed, glue under the nails, the acrylic is already lifting in some areas, and so on. Won’t be coming here again.

worst experience ever. I have been to many nail salons and always asked for shellac. But what they applied was something like gel liquid. They also applied it in way far from my nail root. It looked like I had the nail polish 2 weeks ago. Also the polish started to crack on the next day and it can’t be removed. Very very disappointed and my nails are so weak now. Edit after the owner’s reply: I have done shellac many times. even if you google it you find that the shellac is like a nail polish not liquid gel. on your website you put that you use shellac products. I haven’t seen it applied on my nails. I can read and I know shellac and what you used wasn’t it. I didn’t see the nail polish how far was it from my nail root and realized afterwards. Your employees didn’t mention that there is a guarantee and didn’t see it on your website. I even have Kundenkarte and it is not mentioned on it.

They accidentally cut my finger (while removing the nail polish). They were polite and gave me a plaster, but their comment was that \it happens sometimes\ and intended to continue as if nothing happened...

Ok. So where do I start... first of all good stuff: 1. I called really spintaneously to get a pedicure done, and they had time for me, which was really nice 2. The Shop itself is also really good, except the smell of fake nail, which ist probably normal, for those kind of areas. This is pretty much it. Now to the bad stuff: 1. As I walked in and got my pedi done all the other custumors were staring at me as if I was an alien, which is not actually the fault of the salon but it made me feel really uncomfortable. 2. I didn't get offered nothing to drink or anything to read. 3. My pedi was so freaking horrible. For the instance my right foot has neurodermia, this is why it gets really bad already after a week, so only for one foot, it should have taken her at least 20 minutes, to get it done. She managed everything (the massage also) in 15!!! I was like what ? This is crazy. She didn't even take my nail-polish off. So as I came home, it took me at least 40 minutes to get everything redone again. 4. 30?! The heck ? For washing my feet ? No thank you. Conclusion: it is a really sweet place with really bad workers and vibe. Note: I also can speak German, wrote this in English so everyone could understand.
