Nice gym with nice SPA area, just a bit old, specially for the changing rooms and showers. They offer several classes, they have enough running machines and a good weight lifting area. The ventilation, specially during the summer of the classrooms and in general is not very good, as there is no ventilation system, just the turn on some standing fans. If you want a gym just to go to the gym without being disturbed is a good option. If you want to go to the gym and make some training friends, this is not the place, unless you are 60.

Great sauna ceremonies. A day pass costs 35 Mo-Fr.
A very classy place, pricy but worth it! Only backside is the cheap trick of "binding you" with a notice period of up to 2 years in regards to your membership.
Being a member there ... it is hard to judge. However, the prices are premium and sometimes the equipment isn’t (machines are out of order during a long time or some machines are only available in one exemplar and very often busy). However, the personnel is great and the amount of courses is quite large which leaves you a lot of training choices. In addition this place has a pool sauna spa and beauty center so pretty much everything you need. I would put 5 stars if the premium price was matching the premium equipments proposed. Nevertheless this place is ok.
I didn't like that the showers are not individually in the women vestiar and in the sauna and pool area where are used by both genders. At the pool and sauna you need to go nacked and is not even separetly for men and women also showers.
Modern and well equipped Gym with a big spa.area
Prudercy and now forced to wear swimsuit in the spa area after over 10 Years. Was once of the best spa places. I miss it.
On a positive note....the gym, spa and facilities are excellent. Now the sad reality....1 out of 10 people that I have met knows a little bit about customer service! What are the guys at the reception doing? They just stare at you when you walk in without even a Hello/Moin, nothing....just waiting for me to greet them. Would they have a job if there were no customers? Meridian could just have self check-in machines for customers, why have people working at the reception if all they do is give you a key. Even at this level, 120 Euros per month, customer service is really a joke!
