The Clinic is very clean and staff are very friendly. I did not encounter any problems in terms of appointments, getting prescriptions or laboratory issues. My health questions are always answered and I feel secured on how my doctor handles my case. I am very satisfied.

Amazing team and doctors! Always friendly and helpful! Truly a pleasure to see how much they really care and take the time to treat you as a person and help you through whatever your ailments are! A really amazing example on why people go into medicen in the first place to help others! For almost 20 years I have been going through a medical hell hitting almost every wall and if it wasn't for the amazing and incredibly knowledgeable doctors and team at the MVZ. I dont know where I would be at this point in time! Dr. Brzank not only is incredibly knowledgeable and careing, but most importantly he takes the time to listen to you and is there with you every step of the way! A truly amazing doctor and frankly incredible person in general! A great example for any younge professionals and future doctors, I cant praise them enough! Thank you again Dr. Brzank and the team of the MVZ, you guys are life savers and I cant thank you enough!

Ich bin hier seit 2 Jahren Patientin und total zufrieden. Die Terminvergabe klappt super. Kaum ist man angekommen, wird man auch schon vom Arzt aufgerufen. Die Diagnostik ist sehr gründlich. Kürzlich wurde mir wegen starker Schmerzen von jetzt auf gleich ein Nottermin ermöglicht. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wiederkehrende Rezepte werden per Post nach Hause geschickt. Zentrale Lage und schöne Räume. Ein guter Ort, wenn man an Rheuma erkrankt ist.

Ich bin mit der Praxis mehr als zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter alle super freundlich, humorvoll und offen. Die Praxis ist modern, groß und angenehm eingerichtet. Herr Dr. Ovens als mein zuständiger Arzt einfach nur ein Segen. Selten in Behandlung bei so einem Profi gewesen. Freue mich sehr, dass ich zufällig auf diese Praxis gestoßen bin :) da lohnt sich auch die Anfahrt aus Harburg

Die Praxis ist toll organisiert. Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang und in der Blutentnahme. Ich habe einen Arzt auswählen müssen, obwohl ich keinen kannte aus dem Team. Dr. Elmuntaser war schon beim ersten Termin sehr kurz angebunden. Beim zweiten Termin hatte er leider keine meiner Befunde, die alle eingescannt worden waren beim ersten Termin, gelesen! Er sagte ich hätte kein Rheuma und solle mich freuen. Als ich Ihn auf meine Berichte ansprach wollte er mir ein Medikament verschreiben, was leider nicht kompatibel mit meinen bisherigen Medikamenten ist. Er war sehr unfreundlich und wurde auch noch persönlich. Ich komme nicht wieder!
