The worst communication company and the worst shop and employees ever. They way they talk and handle the customers seems like they came from streets. I guarantee a homeless is much polite than illiterate employees of this shop ( specially an Iranian employee, he talks and acts like a donkey) I am almost at the end of my 2 year contract and I will never ever again. 02 is all about lie, fake, cheating the customers and burocracy. I recommend all users to never ever deal with 02 generally and specially with this shop.
Best O2 Store in Hamburg City !!
One star is already too much! I went here to get help about a wrong bild that O2 was charging me. Before giving to me any warning about that, O2 decided to give the administration of that non existing debt to an external collection company. After failing to get in touch with any body by telephone I decided to go directly to an O2 shop and ask there for a solution (visit time: 09.11.2017 around 17.00 hours) . The reception in here was from the very beginning very unfriendly. There were two persons sitting there, I asked to a blonde woman to help me in English. The first answer already show her bad attitude to attend and try to solve my problem. I try to explain my problem to her and before even finish she interrupt me several times to point me out that now I have to deal with the external collection company. Her body language during this chat was telling me, go out of here your problem isn't important for me! Very disappointing, especially when someone in the next shop of O2 in the same street quickly solved my problem. I am leaving until here my comercial relationship with O2!

Das ist mit Abstand einer der Top O2-Shops in Deutschland. Der Kundenservice ist super, alles ist so verlaufen wie besprochen vor Ort besprochen wurde. Kann diesen Shop echt nur weiterempfehlen. Daumen hoch und weiter so.
