Very friendly. It used to be a 5 star review. But after some struggles with the store I had to change it. I got a rental piano there. It was supposed to be new but when it was delivered some keys didn't work. They asked around 100 euros to tune the piano but it'd expect such things would be fixed. That's why I have doubts if they did it or just delivered the piano straight from the store. And for 80 a months you'd expect a better quality instrument. E.g. for this money you can get Yamaha b3 with silent from the store in Schanze. I was using my piano for several months but then I moved from Hamburg but had to pay the rent anyway. but I also couldn't take the instrument with me because it's forbidden in the contract. So the piano was in the store for several months. Though when I came and asked to get it back they promised me to arrange the delivery but few days after that I got a message that the piano was sold on the day I came, but still I had to pay the rent for the whole month. Maybe they even sold it earlier and I was paying rent all the time. Unfortunately I can't trust this store.
