The professionalism and service provided by the PROGEDO Hamburg team is outstanding! I would like to particularly mention Agata Seget who has been looking after my relocation back to Australia, she took care of all the relocation details concerned with government bodies and private service providers including my landlord, something that was causing me a great deal of stress, however, that all passed the moment I spoke to Agata, from that point I knew that all would be looked after and I could concentrate on other matters regarding my relocation. Since my first contact with PROGEDO, I had all the support that I needed to move forward with my Work Visa process to enter Germany. Even though my process was in the middle of the Covid-19 lockdown in Europe, PROGEDO never left me behind and always looked for any news about the German Government in order to help me to find a way to get it. I was in France and without any possibility to leave my place, so they supported me with all the documents, the translations, the process and to make an appointment with the responsible Organization. The contact was always very clear and helpful, all my questions were well answered in a very good timing. In the end, the Visa was issued during one week after the lockdown was over and all with the PROGEDO's support, always interested in knowing the progress of the process. After my arrival in Hamburg, I had a continued cooperation with PROGEDO and got support on Address registration process.
