Very unhelpful. Just so you know, if you've booked your ticket online, then you have to call their hotline, the service center will not help you. Plus, the hotline costs money. Great.

Very friendly. The staff was working fast and focused. My train was cancelled the other day due to storm. For compensation I wanted to apply to get the money back. The employee was filling out the form for me. Nice and helpful.
