I thought my Galaxy S8 was on the way out due to awful battery life, and I was facing a costly phone replacement. I have decided to give battery replacement a shot and a friend has recommended me this place. I couldnt be happier - the expert has explained me how re-sealing the phone case will be done and has shown me the parts. The whole procedure took 1.5 hours and now my charge times and the battery life are genuinely back to normal! Thank you so much!

I am here tourist for 4 weeks and i have big Problem withmy Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Smartphone Screen, i go to Saturn Mönkebergstrasse and the man from Service have giv me adress from Teletec24 for express Repair, Teletec24 help me same day for Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Screen replacement, it is not cheep but he replaced in 2 hours and my Samsung show how new. Also ich war nun innerhalb 10 tage schon 4 mal in diesem Geschäft, Ugur hat mir in der Zeit ein iPhone Verkauft, mir eine Apple ID Erstellt und alle meine Fragen beantwortet bezüglich Funktionen des iPhones und Funktionen von Apps. Ugur ist ein sehr geduldiger Junger mann. Kennengelern habe ich dieses Geschäft durch einen Bekannten der hier immer seine Handys Reparieren lässt und als mein altes Handy kaputt ging besuchte ich die Firma Teletec24 (das alte Handy war Irreparabel beschädigt) aber so habe ich zumindestens ein Handyladen meines Vertrauens gefunden wohin ich immer gehen kann wenn ich handyfragen haben sollte.
