John and his team with take care of everything, giving you a peace of mind during this difficult time of your life. My brother passed away at 2 a.m John answered my call at 2:04, he walked me through the process. Within an hour they had arrived to receive his remains. Within hours his embalming had been completed. And from that moment until my brother's remains were returned to my country John was attentive, caring and available to answer every question. To say that they go above and beyond is to state the obvious. These are great people who do excellent work. I recommend them 110%
