Don’t know what there talking about and when questioned I was answered with sarcasm. Renew my Gold membership.? No thanks... They took my points instead of the coupon.
I went into the store this evening and experienced Very unprofessional staff. The customer in front of me had to make a personal call upon ringing out and the sales rep held the line up to allow him to make the personal call, the customer told him to cancel his order to allow the rest of us in line to ring out while on his call. The cashier refused and said he didn’t want to do the paperwork all over again if he cancelled out order. Devaluing the remaining customers time he told that customer to take his time it was ok. I wanted to throw my stuff down on the counter and walk out store, and hindsight I should have. The staff needs to be mindful of their actions and of customers and not give “privilege” to those they feel deserve it because no one customers time is more or less important than another customers.
Good knowledgable employes..
The place had what I needed at a price that beat the price for the same product on Amazon. Can't ask for much better than that.
