This is my first fire and first experience with a public adjuster as a private citizen or architectural professional. The experience with Tancreti, Hoffman, Biller & Mendel was beyond my wildest dreams or imagination. They more than earned their fee and charges. Jon Biller was as unique as the absent “h” in his first name. He and his public adjusting team accurately visualized the “take” of the insurance companies – knew when to press forward in anticipation of resistance and counter arguments, took into account age and other limiting factors, and pressed on with the best interests of the client. My experience with United Adjusters, Damian Mendel, Al Tancreti, Sandy Hoffman and Jon Biller was a grateful plus.
