They cut a custom order for me no problem, and it was cheaper than the competition. It was ready the same day. Very happy with the service I received here. Update May 2018: I returned for a custom cutting, but there was a sign in the window and the building was up for lease. There was no indication they had moved. It seems they're out of business? Too bad. For similar service I now go to Brantford Glass.
We contacted a few companies to come and take a look at our windows and give us a possible solution for our window panes. AGR give us the best solution and excellent price. The customer service and the quality of workmanship was great. We highly recommende this company.
