These are nice people... But, the rent increase when renewing the lease ??? That's crazy...And the per pet, per month charge is a little steep, At 50.00 each. ... Aside from that it's okay !!!

IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH A HUMAN! I came across a storage area for rent on facebook, replied via marketplace, which sent me an auto email WEEKS AGO. NO follow up. No contact #. I had to Google the address to find a # then all the message says is to fill out an online application to get on their waiting list for a HOME. The original FB listing had NO set price listed (\starting at 250\), & I'm not filling out a HOME application just to ask about a STORAGE building. I already own my own home! Way too much work for a storage space! If they are managing your property, I'd find someone else.
