Great staff, the instructors are always friendly and happy to help you learn and grow. The owner Michelle and manager Lauren are great and always quick to answer questions and are considerate of you have any issues or questions and work with you to resolve any issues. All of the instructors seem happy to be there and seem to love what they do. New students are always welcomed like old friends and the studio is like a family and has a great sense of community. I definitely recommend it for any ladies wanting to lose weight, get confidence, look sexy, or just be more fit.
I've been a student at Allure Fitness Inc since 2012. They have such a welcoming and positive environment and all the instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful. I love that they've been able offer so much online during the pandemic so I can keep up with my favourite classes.
They don’t understand peoples changing schedules in covid times. After I couldn’t show up ONE TIME, to an online class that can have up to 100 participants(which they are no where close to) they revoked my membership. I can’t control work schedule changes, therefore can’t cancel 24 hours in advance. It would be another issue if their classes had even 10 people in class...
I love this gym. The staff and instructors are so friendly and awesome and very informative in the lessons. They make arobics fun in a clean comfortable safe environment.The prices are great and all around they get a 5 star from me. I recommend going here and trying out one of their programs they're lots of fun.
