Very disturbing experience. Ordered a car part went to pick up. Opened the main door. Saw 10 people stuffed in front Pickup are chatting and giggling. They got defensive when I asked them I'm here to pickup a part. They said to close the door wait out side. Locked the door never opened up. I didn't receive the part. Instead ordered from Amazon.

Can you put a customer entrance sign on the door? If you've never been you wouldn't know which door to go to. I even had someone ask me where the entrance was. It's the glass door with no markings on it. Will return. I appreciate the order online and pick up in store.
Quick service, not taking cash right now but was kind enough to take it if I was able to get to exact total!
