Rude! Rude rude rude!!! I have never felt so rejected by an establishment the way I felt with this place. I have not been out due to the pandemic and a personal illness. I went in to pick up singles and the cashier was dismissive when I asked about COVID restrictions. She rushed me to make a purchase I did not want to make. I walked out with a 6 pack of Steam whistle (the only thing I could think of). The 6 pack is still sitting in my fridge because my significant other doesn’t drink it. I feel like these people literally stole my money. I hope they can learn the value of good customer service in the future. I also urge others to speak up. They don’t deserve our money if they can’t at least grant safety and respect. Speak up!

quick return of empties, had bins ready and waiting
Was yelled at for pulling in front off the venue before I was out of my vehicle. Girlfriend was going to wait in the car until she heard the abuse. Once inside the employee told my girlfriend how she was sorting the empties wrong. Been going to the same beerstore for about 25 years. Never a problem. I spoke up and asked when she bought the store. She didn't like the remarks. Told us to leave with our money. As another patron pulled up front where I was yelled at and was served Huh. Second time I've seen her working at sherman n Mohawk. Wouldn't let an older gentleman park there before me. I hope you have video. Terrible treatment of customers. Incident was 12/08/20. Between 7pm n 8pm. Something should be done. Extremely rude behavior. Thank you.
I created an account so I'd be able to order hard to get beer and pick it up when it came in, only to find that the ordering system for pickup or delivery is only for product that is currently in stock. Doesn't make sense. I should be able to place an order, then pick it up when it comes in, like every other online ordering system
Some of the nicest people you"ll find in retail! Its not a huge store and theres not too much staff but they'll go out of their way to remember regulars .The young girl with the lipstick has one of the prettiest smiles around. Always welcoming !

Awesome staff who deal with far too much hate and negativity these days. They deserve 10 stars at least for dealing with everything they do
Every time I call they sound like they don't want to help me and they will hang up without saying bye.
