I normally do not leave bad reviews. Ordered two Very Berry somothies. One for myself and one for my 3 year old daughter. Employee by the name of Dhruv made drinks way to sweet! Too much sorbet and juice. The drink is normally dark purple from blueberries. This drink was pink in colour, extremely sweet and liquidy. I returned to simply ask if they ran out of blueberries or if they changed their receipe. Employee said no and couldn't even tell me what was in the drink. I worked at booster juice years ago when it first opened in Ancaster. this was not a very berry! I returned drinks as I could not drink them. Was not offered a new drink or refund. I understand that they could be adding less fruit as cost cutting measure but just tell me that receipe changed! Don't try to convince me that you made a very berry. Horrible customer experience! I will never buy from this location. HORRIBLE!

The first Booster Juice location opened in Sherwood Park, Alberta, in November 1999. One taste will tell you why. It’s convenient when you can order online and beat the lineup at the cashier!
Recently reopened, fast and quick service.
Terrible experience here. I go to order a drink at 8:51 (when the mall closes at 9) and the girls ignore me for about 2 minutes. When one finally comes over after rolling her eyes at her other staff member, she informs me they are closed and can't make any drinks. Confused, as I work in the mall and know they are required to not begin closing/cleaning up until 9, ask her if she can make me any drink at all, as I've been at work and haven't had the time o get a drink. She tells me no as they are closed and have already cleaned up. I was very upset and think it's pathetic that the managers aren't following store policy and are cleaning up way too early. I'm disgusted with the service I received and will not be returning. The owner of this store should really get their employees to follow the rules of the mall more accurately.

Unfortunately this location doesn't know how to make a proper booster juice. It tastes as if they just put the juice out of the dispenser in without the fruit and yogurt. For 7 and up please teach your staff how to make an actual smoothie. Try a different location if you want a proper drink.
Quick service and great smoothies :) highly reccomend if you are looking for a healthy quick snack while shopping
Unprofessional, unorganised and unprepared. Went in for two smoothies and asked specifically for an extra booster to be put in one and turned out having both smoothies having them. I didn't say what I said to waste my breath thank you. Worst Booster Juice location I have been to so far.
