I've been there a bunch of times. The guys are all helpful and nice. I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone I've dealt with. The one guy even walked all the way back to show me where to dump my old transmission, and helped me unload it.
Quick and helpful. Guy at the cashier desk was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Used to be a decent place to do business years ago but it is awful now. Our company has used Cohen for 30 years and I think it’s time to find a new vendor. Always a run around. Always a hassle. And payments are never ready when they say. Awful customer service.
