I'm a 55-year old guy who is always afraid of going to the dentist, and have had a lifelong fear of needing a root canal. My dentist scheduled me with Dr Aslin, and I will be forever grateful. Brittany, who did the nitrous....and Paige, who was Dr Aslin's assistant the entire time were both compassionate, gentle and awesome. Dr Aslin was unbelievable! He listened to my fears of using a bite guard (my jaw locks) and did the procedure without one. He listened to my fears of not being fully numb, and gave me extra numbing. He explained every noise and step in the process. He allowed me to take intermittent breaks to relax my jaw. He was even cheerful about me needing to take a break to pee in the middle of the procedure. Finally, the horror stories I've heard about 3-hour long, painful root canals were unfounded. Very little discomfort, and it took just about one-hour on the nose. God bless the people of this practice.....they know their stuff and are very kind. If you have a fear of getting root canal, this is your guy!!

Dr. Tate is fabulous! He cares about my comfort before during and after my root canal. He explains things as he goes along. His assistant Eric is great. I would highly recommend Hamilton County Endodontics if you want a comfortable root canal procedure with caring people.

Like many, I sincerely dread the dentist - especially for a root canal. I must say however that this was my best experience. The staff were so knowledgeable and kind! Even though I felt very relaxed I still braced for the pain. But surprisingly there was none! Every step of the procedure was explained to me and I was even given a time frame every few minutes on how much longer I had to go. I asked a lot of questions and everything was explained thoroughly and without annoyance. Jasmine is so kind and knowledgeable. I wish I could have all of my needed dental work here. If you're in the area and you have choice of endodontists - YOU deserve this level of care.
