This listing agency allowed a realtor named mike staggs to take appliances from the home I purchased that were in the contract. They stated they just wouldn't show up to closing if they had to replace the washer. This is very poor business practice and a breach of contract. I would not recommend not only using this agency but also Mike Staggs as a realtor. There is an investigation currently by the governing body.
