Crumbled is one of my most favourite places to get dessert! I have been going there for over a year now, and yes I make the drive from Burlington! Dom is the most friendly, outgoing person ever! He always greets his customers with a smile, and a hello! He is very helpful with any questions you may have, and just has a great energy about him. The cake bowls are to die for, and the flavors he comes up with are unique and fun! I love the option of adding in other toppings as well, makes it more personalized to your taste buds! And not to mention the super artistic paint wall, and adorable sprinkle hallway! Fun atmosphere, amazing staff and incredible taste! If you haven't been here, you should!

Just tried this place today and it’s great! I tried 5 different flavours because I couldn’t (they all looked so good) and all the cakes were so moist and fresh! But the icing ... even more delicious! It’s the best part! You get two free toppings per cake. They have a lot of options and all the ones I tried were tasty and fresh. The store seemed to also follow all the COVID protocols and seemed very clean/safe. Definitely coming back ! The flavours in the photo are Snickers (which was my favourite), vanilla, carrot, chocolate and lemon raspberry.
First attempt at trying Crumbled my partner and I waited over 10 minutes as the only people in the store and 3 minutes before we were even acknowledged.. we left after over 10 minutes of not being served. Second attempt was to order a birthday cake. The staff was rude and snobby and with 4 days notice wouldn't get the order complete due to needing a week's notice. No where on their website does it say this. Awful service and I will never be going back or recommending them. In response to reply: I was not aware of any other reviews, so I would hope this helps to change the atmosphere and be constructive feedback rather than out right denying it as an owner. We were acknowledged 3 minutes later due to a online order coming in actually or else who knows how long we would have standed there for but if it was you or an employee they were visible and turned to look when we walked in. I think being totally honest would have been nicer. Instead of I need a minute, stating I need 10 minutes would have been transparent and allowed us to make a decision or understand. Best of luck with your business.
I'm not the biggest lover of deserts. But this place is fantastic. Love the concept, the stuff is awesome!! Super clean.
This was my second time ordering from Crumbled but my first cake. We had indulged in the owners amazing "Crumbled" creations previously which was delicious! We decided to order a cake from them. When I originally went in to request a cake he looked nervous and let me know they had to have 48 hours notice. I asked him for whatever he could do to assist as we had loved the cake individual dessert we had last time. He was able to accommodate me with a small cake within 24 hours. I truly appreciated the help as it was for my fiance and best friend who share the same birthday. Thank you Crumbled. We will see you again.
Cake is fine, just find the service is poor. I have been in more than once (on behalf of my young daughter) and received no hello or friendly atmosphere. I've even inquired why the owner never says hello to me and always has a somewhat snobbish air. I hope for a small business the owner changes his attitude for a long prosperous business. NOTE: this service I speak of was before covid. Also there was nobody in the store while I walked in. Passing the buck on tolerance on to me is a joke. Your attitude stinks. Just remember covid is happening to everyone, just not you.

Love this place, the service and the quality of their products, get my birthday cakes from Crumbled every year and I definitely recommend it to everyone.
