We are so incredibly happy with the care that our father receives at The Durand. The rooms are well maintained with a cozy feel. It offers great socialization in an inviting lounge area as well as a spacious dining room. Our father loves the food and the staff are fantastic. The general manager is amazing ready to help or answer any questions and makes you feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the next step.

My grandmother was a resident here for many years. Both her and I felt the attention paid by staff and management were excellent. She enjoyed the activities during her time there and the friendships she made. The downtown location and proximity to St Joe's made it very easy on us for her specialist appointments etc.
My mother stayed at your home while having her treatments at the hospital. Though she was only there 15 days she was made to feel part of the community by the other residents and staff. The facilities director is very attentive and has a general way with the people who stay there. My mother often comments she wishes she could live in hamilton just to stay there again
