Did not have a great experience with Phil. I went specifically to the area to meet with Phil to look at specific homes. I had a pre arranged date and time with him to do so and after my arrival to the area he was non responsive and had his assistant call me to pretty much tell me he’s too busy. Called Travis from Caldwell banker in Roscoe and he was showing me houses that same day. And I’ve put in an offer with Travis Do not recommend
