Very poor Lost and Found Services. I once lost my keys one time, and filed a lost report. I was told they reply within 1-2 days. But they didn't reply for a whole week, even though they had my item for this whole time. I actually had to ask a police office at the security office to get it for me. I was THIS close to replacing the lock on my door, which costs 160. Not impressed. Plus the staff there were not very friendly.
