I needed several watch bands resized, one repaired, and some batteries replaced. Chrystal/Krystal (unsure of spelling) was quick, kind, and engaging! She made the experience painless, and the value was great! Very reasonable on price. I am not one to EVER write a review on anything, however I just had to with fast time. I Had the very friendly lady with the coloured hair help me today with a used watch I had just purchased earlier today. I explained that I did not know if it even worked or not but I needed a battery for it to find out. I recieved absolutely outstanding great customer service from her. With her care and expertise in watches she was able to take a few minutes to examine and somehow figure out that the watch was not working anymore. Her taking the time to do this resulted in me not having to spend and waste anymore money on a watch battery that was already broken. Long story short her genuinely caring about the customer really helped me out today and prevented me from wasting anymore money on the watch. I asked what I owed and she refused to take any advantage of me and I truly appreciated that, it was very refreshing for a change, and I will continue to deal exclusively with fast time for anything watch related. To the awesome lady who helped me today if you end up seeing this THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! wish ya all the best and I'll see ya next time I need anything watch related!
This is a little late, but I just wanted to compliment the girl with the purple hair (didn’t catch her name). She fixed one of my dad’s favourite watches which is very, very old and wasn’t working. Given the age of the watch, I didn’t have high hopes but she efficiently brought it back to life, educated me on the details of the watch, and then helped me to choose a watch band. My dad was happy :) she was professional and friendly too. Will definitely return for more services. Thank you!
I was so impressed with the team at Fast Time! They were helpful, quick and very friendly. They did a careful job to open and seal the watch backing, with no scratches or marks on the watches. From inexpensive band watches, to an more expensive Bulova watch, they handled everything with professionalism. I am definitely recommending this kiosk to replace watch batteries!!
