Today I had the very best experience with Fine Touch Jewelers. I came in to have the battery replaced in my watch. Response was immediate and I was asked to wait while my battery was changed. This took all of less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this shop for anything related. They are courteous, helpful, and their helpfulness was unlimited. I highly recommend them. Thank you to the staff!

These guys are pros! I'm an ongoing customer as my parents. The staff are polite and engage in conversation. They're meticulous and articulate why an item isn't working properly. They fixed my clock and my mom's watch and both work good as new years later. An employee even reattached my necklace for free when I insisted to pay him. I've had nothing but positive experiences here. They're always happy to help, even close to the end of their shift. 5 stars hands down.
Great place, friendly staff, quick work. Good selection of items for purchase - will be back soon I’m sure! Wife had brought her new Citizen watch elsewhere to have it resized (after having the major retailer it was purchased from refused to resize it - it was brought elsewhere. BAD idea - after three times it was done horribly wrong, pins lost, not put back together properly, in several ways actually, was not great) - so she brought it to Fine Touch and the staff were so friendly and helpful and had it all fixed in just minutes. Great work, done properly! Very happy with Fine Touch, thank you!!
