review date: december 29, 2020 customer since: consistently ongoing since 2008 i have been shopping at fortinos as needed since the early 1990's, be it at eastgate originally and at dundurn since it's closest to where i live. dundurn is not as big or as up-to-date in decor as some of the other fortinos locations. however as fortinos bills itself, \the supermarket with a heart\, dundurn is nonetheless a great representation of what fortinos is famous for: top-notch selection of your wants and needs, friendly staff and good quality, albeit at a cost. as the saying goes, you get what you pay for and the produce is on point, as is the hot food service. dundurn has done to date, (and will continue to do) a fantastic job dealing with covid, making sure things are clean, safe and orderly. thank you dundurn for everything that you continue to do and have done in the past. one star knocked off for the parking lot. not the most ideal setup or the easiest for ingress and egress, lots of blind spots. bottom line: i would continue to support fortinos-dundurn and would recommend it to others as a grocery store of choice.

The store is great! Service,staff and and product is wonderful! However I would not recommend using PC Express, they make lots of mistakes and don't make any effort to fix them!
This place is very judgemental I was in ;one one day when the , ,anger asked to see I'm ,y pockets I laughed and abliged also the prices are high
Dropped in 2 days ago, on foot, so only had room for a few items in my backpack, but lucked out buying a full pack each of red and green grapes, both on sale, at 1.99 lb, AND the best tasting grapes I've had in months! As usual, the store was well stocked and clean. I also picked up 10 of my favourite Chicken Wings, some hot chili, BBQ and honey garlic. Delicious!
Always a positive experience shopping at Fortinos. We also enjoy their coffee and the bagels, doughnuts, muffin, etc are the best.
