I found no honour from the owner Reid. He broke the contract we had regarding my monthly membership, and after speaking with him over email 3 times, he will not refund me my remaining value. this is theft, and i know i am not the only one who got cheated in 2020 and in the past. after the company decided to close their doors on their own accord in March 2020, they re-opened in the summer and told all their members that their memberships would be started up again weather they came back to climb or not. Due to new rules, i was not consenting to, and because i don't like climbing indoors during the summer, i was not prepared to return and start climbing. after speaking over email to Reid he would not return my remaining value of the membership to me, or postpone the restarting of the membership until i was ready to return. I know i am not the only one who has been left tarnished by Reid. after reading some of the reviews i am even more convinced he has a lot of spiritual growth needed to become a honourable man. a warning not to go into contract with his companies, as he has proven not to honour them. I wish him well and hope his growth finds him soon. Otherwise, i enjoyed the gym and the people who climb there are fantastic, i hope to climb with everyone again.

Two hours of guided climbing with my kids and our friends, and we are now hooked. We had two staff members for our party of 6 who belayed for us and guided us while bouldering. Highest climb is 50 feet! We were told it's the tallest indoor climbing gym in Ontario. Entrance was a little hard to find. Can't wait to go back though!

Fun for my whole family, routes for all skill levels, amazing staff, really calm vibe, the comitment to saftey is top notch. The social distance / covid system they have in place is awesome. It's like a playground for all ages.

A great climbing gym for beginners and veterans alike. It has a very friendly atmosphere as everyone there is happy to chat and offer any advice you might ask for. They have both belay climbing walls and bouldering walls. The different courses are constantly being updated so each visit offers something new. I took their belay training course and found it to be very informative, it was my first time climbing after some years break and it made starting again much easier.

Lots of top rope/lead/ bouldering routes available with new routes set fairly frequently. Facility is implementing good covid-19 prevention measures. Booking process is straightforward.
