I actually give zero stars. What a horrible experience trying to enrol my autistic 3 year old child. Zero understand, extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone, and zero customer care. If you don’t want to cater to special needs children don’t leave your flyers at a special needs school for parents to take home. Hamilton city gymnastics should be ashamed of themselves. Exclusion at its worst.

My children have been coming her for years and the staff are brilliant. The facility is a little dated and unfortunately in the summer extremely hot up stairs for spectators. Still coming here every week for gymnastics and would definitely reccomend if your thinking about taking it up.
