Worst customer service I've ever received from any jewelry store , very rude on the phone for a simple question that i asked and i had the lady that was on the phone with me hang up in my face as i was saying thank you despite the attitude i had received, i was even called "wrong" when i had received bad information from one of their employees, will never go back there again and will for sure let my family and friends know not to go their for anything. Even though i liked the piece of Jewelry i had purchased but for the experience i had received i am for sure going to return it
Always stop in when i am in the area to see what new product they have. They staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Many times purchased items and always had great service and gotten amazing product. Would highly recommend.
I ordered my wedding set here. The staff were helpful and when I couldn't find what I wanted, they set me up with their gemologist, who turned out to be an *amazing* custom designer. The goldsmith is fantastic.
Two older ladies working there, could not give you the time of day, I had been waiting over 10 minutes for help while they ignored me and helped other customers. Eventually I just got fed up and left. Definitely will not be back.
Was in looking for a ring, the older blonde lady approached me and asked if she could help. I started to ask and she rudely interrupted me with "spit it out".Disgusting behaviour! I will never go back in again and will tell everyone I know about this experience. Store was empty! I went to Peoples and found what I wanted from a wonderful sales girl Sandy. You should go see her her. Dont waste your time.
It was such a great experience working with Jacques and his staff. I had my fiance's engagement ring custom made and it could not have gone better. The staff were professional, friendly and gave great advice throughout the entire design and fitting process. I would highly recommend Jacques and his staff of experts to anyone that is looking for a professional service with eye catching results.
Very disappointed in the customer service i had received when talking to the employees was given faulse information and when me and my boyfriend had went back for readjustment was told we we're wrong and that no employees would of said that but me and my boyfriend and his friend all heard that women give us faulse information the week befor. I hope i can return the ring even though its beautiful it's not worth the attitude and rudeness i received, dont shop here if you want quality service i will even recommend other jewlers known that are same price but dont talk down and walk away from customers when exposed for giving fake information thats all.
