Outstanding work, extremely good price, and they've been absolute gentlemen to my mother. The photos attached are the job half way done, which was only refacing and installing a new counter. However they have made the entire process a painless and easy as possible and for an excellent price. Absolute highest recommendation. Mum has been so happy with the entire process, which means to me that these guys know what they're doing, thanks all around!

If I could give negative stars I would. It started when the cabinets were over a month late. I was told during the initial visit that if would take 3-5 days for the install but it went on for almost three months before I finally pulled the plug on them and was left with a paid for, unfinished kitchen. Despite paying up front for my kitchen (BIG mistake), they were unable to pay the granite supplier for a 375 piece of granite which we ended up paying for directly (so paid twice, once to KF and once to the supplier). Of course they lied to us about this, told us that that the hold up was due to the supplier, but when I called the supplier, surprise surprise, it was ready to go but Keith had not made good on the payment so they were refusing to release the piece. Throughout the process, Keith would NOT answer his phone and did not not return phone calls. So, so many issues with the install. Damaged cabinet fronts, holes drilled into the wrong places and covered with vinyl, I could go on and on. It was a three month nightmare of lies, lies and more lies. Finally had to tell them to get lost after Keith made demands for MORE money despite all they had put us through at that point and the work not being completed. Still don't know what the additional owing was for, since Keith wouldn't speak with me directly. Stay far away from Kitchen Fitters.
I've been doing business with Kitchen Fitters for a few years now. I can't comment from a customer perspective, but from doing tech support work for them over the years, I can tell you that they are a very professional company and they take their work very seriously. I've dealt with a lot of kitchen refacing and kitchen manufacturing businesses in the past few years and Kitchen Fitters is one of only two companies that I've been so pleased with that I wanted to take time out of my day to leave a good review.
